IDBI 2024: Know the Complete Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be purely online and the eligible candidates will be selected based on an online test followed by an online interview. Below, we have discussed some of the very important points related to the Exam Pattern.
EXAM PATTERN:
The online test will include 4 parts English language, Data Analysis, Economy/Banking Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. The exam will have a total of 200 marks and a duration of -120 minutes.
- For each incorrect answer there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks and 1 mark will be rewarded for every correct answer.
All the selected candidates will have to serve for 1 year. This Probation period will include:
- Classroom studies ( 6 months)
- Internship ( 2 months)
- Job training (4 months)
