You may encounter security alerts while visiting e-kendra sites or services.
The two most common alerts you may see are:

A notification that you are entering or leaving a secured connection, which
means that the connection is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology.

A notification that a participating site or service is trying to save a cookie
(small text file) to your computer.
It is normal for the browser to warn you that you are about to enter or leave
an SSL-secured connection.
It is also normal for cookies to be written to your computer while using
e-kendra services. You should choose to continue when you encounter these
alerts.
